Cheops
Property and asset management for Wellington buildings: leasing, operations and the long-term care of commercial and residential property.
What we do
Cheops manages a portfolio of office, retail, industrial and residential buildings in and around central Wellington. We look after leasing, tenant relationships, building operations and compliance, and plan the upgrades that keep each building working for the people in it.
